About<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

My name is Mauricio Roth. I was born in San Miguel, province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From a young age I was learning drawing and I always had a knack for writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I grew up watching cartoons of all kinds, but fell in love with action, fantasy and superhero series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, during my childhood, there was a television program called \u201cSuper-action Saturdays\u201d: A cycle that featured old movies (from the 50s, 60s, 70s). It started around noon (on Saturdays in case anyone didn’t notice) and lasted until night. There was a bit of everything: Western, science fiction, horror, fantasy. And there was me, in front of the TV (there was no internet back then) absorbing everything like a sponge. But not everything was about television, also at that time I read several books on the same subjects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this blog I write about all these topics, with a bit of humor. If you are like me and you love these things, this is your blog. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But let’s get on the Delorean again and go back in time: Over time, my mind began to elaborate its own stories, still not knowing how I would make them come true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, I was studying electronics, although I never got to practice. Later, I studied computer programming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was a time when I made video games, trying to capture the stories that I had in my head. I ended up finishing two titles in a saga that I called “Boundless Might”. A story of heroes with magical powers, who face equally powerful villains. But I was not entirely satisfied with the final result and I realized that I did not need something so complex to tell what I intended to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now,I am trying to make my way into the world of comics. I decided to start with a simple, humorous project, just to see if I feel comfortable with the format, and in order to develop a working method. I have published “Mi Primer Empleo”. Now I\u00b4m working in a sequel. My next goal is to take Boundless Might storyline and translate it into the comic book format. But for that,there is still some time left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
